Our rail-road sleeper changing excavator series covers full weight classes including 8–9 ton, 10–12 ton, 13–15 ton and 17–18 ton, equipped with dedicated hydraulic sleeper changer attachment. It integrates road driving, rail traveling and sleeper replacement to remove old sleepers and place new ones precisely in one workflow.

Compact 8–12 ton mini models feature small turning radius, ideal for tight working zones such as station turnouts, light narrow-gauge tracks and industrial sidings for small-batch sleeper replacement. Balanced 13–18 ton medium machines deliver stable clamping load, perfect for regular sleeper renewal on intercity branch lines and freight tracks for continuous mass replacement. The independent hydraulic clamping jaw supports 360° rotation and multi-angle tilting, gripping concrete and wooden sleepers firmly with adjustable clamping force to avoid surface damage, realizing accurate sleeper alignment on both straight tracks and curved lines of all radii.
